Day 9 of T&S done β
. Itβs been cold, raining, and overcast all day so I decided not to take my walk since I feel like a cold is trying to catch me. I did do a few minutes on a stepper that has my legs on π₯π₯. Today was a great burner and the sweat was pouring. I used 8 lb weights and could really feel the burn. Happy Tuesday!

I attended a Success Summit conference for my business on Saturday and wasnβt able to workout with Coach Chris so Iβll be making that one up. I was tempted to double up today UNTIL I saw Coach Troy on the screen. π I will make it up on the next rest day. Happy Monday!!!

Day 5 done!!! Picked up my oldest granddaughter from the bus stop while getting my walk this afternoon with the JTwins. I really like getting my walk done first thing in the mornings but I was on YaYa duty with the Jtwins this morning. On days like this I love being my own boss cause I can rearrange my schedule as needed. π

Maaaannn oh man!! I decided to add some ankle weights to my walk this morning and definitely felt it on the hills in the neighborhood. Then followed that up with that AMRAP workout and it was no joke!! Then some core work to wrap things up. Happy Thursday!

Day 3 and I had an active rest day. Took my walk and enjoyed the sunshine and fresh air. Did some core work then a relaxing yin yoga session. Happy Wednesday!

Day 2 done. When I saw Coach Troy, I KNEW the sweat faucet was about to be on full force and he did not disappoint!! I love a good weighted HIIT and I added some 1 lb ankle weights as well. And that core work was π₯π₯π₯π₯!!!

Another month, another challenge started and it started off with a banger with Coach B and Toned!!! I really liked T&S for January so Iβm glad to see it again this month. Happy Monday!!

I took a complete rest day yesterdayβ¦no walk, no yoga, no core work and even though it felt strange after doing SOMETHING everyday for months, my body needed it. But I was back at it today with a walk and core work. Happy Sunday!!

Itβs the last day of the first month of 2025 and I missed my daily walking goal by 1 day because it was cold and rainy. We had rain in the forecast this morning so I got my walk done early and had one of the JTwins with me. She didnβt want to walk and told me she wanted to get in the stroller π€·πΎββοΈ. Making sure to stay active til the next challenge starts!
