Got in 2 rounds of intermediate and 1 round of RSBB before taking baby girl to school. She had her kindergarten awards ceremony this morning so I missed Rise & Grind but Iβll hit it tomorrow!

Day 1 done!! 2 rounds of intermediate and 2 rounds of RSBB Vol2 done first. Then I took my granddaughter to school and made it back to do Rise & Grind LIVE π₯΅π₯΅π₯΅

Staying active while waiting for the next challenge. Did 1 round (barely) of MOB and I round of 8 minute abs. π₯΅π₯΅π₯΅

So I did DBD then 8 minute abs followed by another round of DBD this morning. Then during lunch I went to help my daughter with the twinsβ swim class. Squatting in that pool had my legs and butt on FIRE π₯!!!
