Happy Friday!!! Both of my HIIT workouts were weighted so I didnβt do an extra strength workout today. Honestly, I couldnβt have done it if I wanted to!!! Those workouts wore me out!!!π₯΅ especially the hot box with Coach Rachel ππΎββοΈ

Felt so much better and rested today so I did my HIIT and added in some upper body weight training. Happy Wednesday!!! The music today was π₯π₯π₯!

Yβall, when I saw Coach Brit on the floor today I almost turned the tv off cause I KNEW she was gonna bring it and I was RIGHT!!! I stuck with her, but she was not my friend today π€£π€£

Happy Saturday!! I slept in a little and funkied around the house before getting my workout done. I was so tempted to crawl back in bed since it so gloomy out but that little voice in my head said βwhat about your goalsβ and that was all I needed to push myself through today!!
