I finished my yoga 30 day challenge yesterday. After doing that challenge I decided to do continue doing yoga every day. I also did the last 2 days of my x28fitness for the month today. Looking forward to the rest day tomorrow!!!

Yoga challenge 28/30, beginner Day 24 and a walk with the family has me worn out!!!! I’m super proud of myself though because I haven’t missed a day of either challenge!!!
