Iβm still wrapping up my first challenge because I started on the 7th, so, Iβm excited I stuck with it. Itβs my last week and Iβm feeling more independent. I lost 7 pounds so far with X28. Thank you so much for helping me get back on track. πππ½π€π€

Yesssss. Got busy for a couple days where I had to do it moving. Had to take a rest day, then doubled up to catch up and stay with the group and now, Iβm done. Process pictures coming soon. I ainβt gone lie, I had a couple days out of this 10 where sugar cravings won but my goal this week is to stay on my meal plans.

Day One is DONE! Honestly, I feel stuffed. Bloated and I can see it. Iβm choosing discipline over another day of delay. π«π© I canβt believe I let myself rest tooo long and allow my emotions to get the best of me but this workout is exactly what I needed. I started with the intermediate level, paired with 10k steps today and clean eating. Letβs gooo!
