Yesssss. Got busy for a couple days where I had to do it moving. Had to take a rest day, then doubled up to catch up and stay with the group and now, I’m done. Process pictures coming soon. I ain’t gone lie, I had a couple days out of this 10 where sugar cravings won but my goal this week is to stay on my meal plans.

Day One is DONE! Honestly, I feel stuffed. Bloated and I can see it. I’m choosing discipline over another day of delay. 😫😩 I can’t believe I let myself rest tooo long and allow my emotions to get the best of me but this workout is exactly what I needed. I started with the intermediate level, paired with 10k steps today and clean eating. Let’s gooo!
