Day #2 is Done✅. Today I’m looking like I’m 5 months pregnant and ain’t no baby coming no time soon BUT by day 28 I can’t wait to see how much she goes down. 😍😍😍
Day One is DONE! Honestly, I feel stuffed. Bloated and I can see it. I’m choosing discipline over another day of delay. 😫😩 I can’t believe I let myself rest tooo long and allow my emotions to get the best of me but this workout is exactly what I needed. I started with the intermediate level, paired with 10k steps today and clean eating. Let’s gooo!
