Yesterday was strength training so today was cardio and MAN, the sweat faucets were on HIGH!!!

Another day another workout session done. I really love weighted cardio and today I decided to do some of the moves using my vibration plate. Let me tell yaβll HUGE difference!!! Especially during the bear renegade rowsβ¦arms, abs, and quads were on π₯π₯π₯!!!!

Never miss a Monday!!! Day 8 done β
Today was a cardio and lower body killer!!!π₯΅π₯΅But I am so happy because the last time I wore this kutting weight sweat top, it was SUPER tight and I couldnβt zip it up on the sideβ¦.fast forward to today and itβs not tight at all AND I had NO ISSUES zipping it up!!! Come thru NSV!!! ππΎ

Sunday workout done. Some extra credit core work with Coach Troy and then a long yin yoga session to get a good stretch on this active rest day.

Day 6 done and Coach Rachel brought it!!! Loved the music and the workout today. Added on a long yoga session for mobility and flexibility cause I was feeling sore and it got me feeling RIGHT!! Happy Saturday family!!!
