One thing about doing lower body workouts on the floor is that you can feel the burn FAST!!! I didnβt do any cardio today but I was sweating like I did!!! Coach Brit did not come to play!! Happy Wednesday!!

I definitely felt yesterdayβs workout this morning but I pushed through and got it done today. Some upper body and lower body work with Coach Chris done β

Today was my first HIIT workout since having COVID and it felt so good to be able to get it done! I have been walking during my recovery to keep active because heavy cardio was not possible. Felt great to get back to my routine. Low impact day 1 done and the music was π₯π₯ I missed my X28 family!!!

I am doing the instructor led intermediate program this go round and Coach Chris did not disappoint today. Happy Tuesday!!

I enjoyed the rest day yesterday and took some time to do some good stretching for the recovery. We had a heat advisory today so I decided to not go walking. Still got a good work out in though!! Happy Thursday!!

Lower body than a walk that was longer than I intended but I made a wrong turn and just went with it. Note to selfβ¦no more wrong turns! π°π°
