Day 12 done. Yoga and half of Glute Camp before I had a to get ready to head out. Happy Friday!!!

So yesterday all I had it in me to do was some morning yoga then an evening walk. And yโall, the yoga was a serious struggle!!
Today I felt much better so I got my yin yoga done then tackled Rise n Grind. I also had 20 minutes in my sauna which felt AMAZING!!

Day 9 done. After those weights yesterday, down dog in my yoga workout was the STRUGGLE!!! But I made it through. Hell week day 2 done.

Day 8 done!! Yoga then some Rise n Grind with weights which I absolutely ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ฌ๐ซ!!!!

Saturday workouts done. Did some yoga then some Werk n Twerk before the Wi-Fi went out. Still had a good workout. Then made avocado toast with smoked salmon, spinach and eggs for me and Jazmine ๐

. I almost skipped today cause a sista was tired and sore but I got myself up and listened to my morning playlist, pumped myself up and got it done!!! Yoga then 1 round of HIIT hustle, then upper body AMRAP ending it out with Core Killer. Have an amazing Friday yโall!!

Day 3โฆrestorative yoga, 2 rounds of Rise n Grind replay then some Upper Body AMRAP to finish off. I said I wanted to add in more strength training this month so I gotta do what I gotta do!! #weightdownincomeup
