New Year’s Eve workout done ✅

Forgot to post yesterday’s restart of B&G day 1

Finished out another challenge with a BANG!!!!

Got one more workout to finish out this month’s challenge!!

A little dancing, some HIIT, and a walk to end my week. Happy Saturday!!

Day 24 intermediate x2 dome after dancing and day 3 of Butts & Guts with baby girl. When she saw how fast Troy was going in 8 minute abs, she said “why is he going so fast!” I laughed and said “don’t ask no questions, look at his abs!!” 🤣. Our mantra was 𝟏 𝟐 𝟑 𝟒, 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒇𝒖𝒑𝒂 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒈𝒐𝒕 𝒕𝒂 𝑮𝑶!!!

First day of winter workout done. Day 22 intermediate x2 and LBB x2

The look on her face says it all 🤣. Day 2 of beginner Butts and Guts x2, plus a dance workout together then I did day 22 of intermediate x2.

My daughter had a late night with her youngest so I worked out solo today.
