Day 2 done. Rise & Grind, 2 rounds of UBB, some yoga and then a walk to finish up. Not a bad start to my day

Started another round and got Day 1 done. Went on a birthday cruise with my sisters a couple weeks ago where I didnβt focus on exercising but did do a LOT of walking. Then last week I came down with a cold so I took care of that so I could come back strong today. I love the live Rise and Grind!! I also did upper body day 1 two rounds.
