My weekend was so busy that I didn’t get a chance to workout. So today was intermediate 2 rounds of day 14, 2 rounds of day 15 followed by 2 rounds of LBB. I had the Jtwins cheering me on…at least that’s how I interpreted their laughter 😆

I forgot to post my hell week conclusion workout. Today has been a much needed rest day and I will be ready for tomorrow!!
