Day 4: completed… But when tell you it was one of those sweet craving days.. On one side the devil was like β€˜Eat that donut” and then my muffin top told me β€œ girl if you eat that donut we ain’t gone get that flat stomach” So nooooβ€¦πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜©πŸ™ I almost slipped lol…Any suggestions on sugar cravings?

Kim Morales: It’s totally normal but you got this. I usually get a cup of skinny pop with a little bit of dark chocolate drizzled on it’s low calories and a great sweet craving snack I got it from Twitter lol
