Low impact is what my body needs rn; Iβve added an 8lbs dumbbell to help build muscles. Iβm doing great & sticking to it; changing my diet is the hardest part for me!
Team X28 : Way to go on completing Day 2! Low impact workouts can be so effective, and adding those dumbbells is a smart move for building muscle. Keep up the great work! Remember, small changes in your diet can make a big difference over time. You're doing amazing! ππ½ππ½ππ½

Kim Morales: Yes I agree it is the hardest part I can do these workouts like a machine but I canβt say no to a cookie π€£ Itβs the results and discipline thatβ will keep you focused! Keep going πͺπ½ My best advice is to find healthy food and snacks that taste good.

Iβm back this month. Last month was hard I started the challenge; & during the month I was experiencing bad headaches for days; finally went to the doctor my blood pressure was ridiculously high also I had an ear infection & found out Iβm pre diabetic & I have high cholesterol. I am a woman of a certain age and your health catches up to you. Iβm on medication & I immediately took action; by eating healthier & workout more. Iβm being transparent bc I was scared and finally taking my health more seriously. I am going to keep pushing and try to get this weight off. Ty.
