Now that I’ve gotten my blood pressure under control & gotten my wisdom tooth pulled that was hurting me for a few months; IM BACK! It’s day 4 my body is hurting however I feel good. Birthday body loading! let’s go!

Day 2βœ… Low impact is what my body needs rn; I’ve added an 8lbs dumbbell to help build muscles. I’m doing great & sticking to it; changing my diet is the hardest part for me!

Day 1βœ… I’m back this month. Last month was hard I started the challenge; & during the month I was experiencing bad headaches for days; finally went to the doctor my blood pressure was ridiculously high also I had an ear infection & found out I’m pre diabetic & I have high cholesterol. I am a woman of a certain age and your health catches up to you. I’m on medication & I immediately took action; by eating healthier & workout more. I’m being transparent bc I was scared and finally taking my health more seriously. I am going to keep pushing and try to get this weight off. Ty.
