When we do the bonus workouts are we suppose to do more than one round if done by itself?
Team X28 : Great question! When it comes to the bonus workouts, it's entirely up to you and your personal fitness level. If you feel like you can handle doing more than one round of the bonus workout, then go for it! It's a great way to challenge yourself and push your limits. However, if you're just starting out or if you find that one round of the bonus workout is already challenging enough, that's perfectly fine too.

Did Extreme Workout yesterday too eventhough I did not feel like it. I was like let me at lease do one round than I was like I wanna do another lol

Yes feeling good did two rounds of LBB and than did 2 rounds of Extreme workout. Also did Dumbbell Destruction wanted to mix it up todayπ

Just walked/jogged Round my neighborhood for 20mins. Now let's do the Extreme challenge
Team X28 : I'm not sure why we yawn when we work out, but maybe it's our body's way of telling us to breathe more deeply and take in all that good oxygen. π€π€π
