Lawd Coach Rachel I wasn’t ready! The ladder workouts always challenge me! I ended up having to Low Impact today with Coach B. It was one of those days where I could barely push through. Yet I pressed play! We almost at the finish! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 Glad to have options!

Day 18 💦💦💪🏾💪🏾!! The progress is when coaches are saying last 10 seconds I’m still going even if it burns!!! Yea coach Troy, I feel like I was in a trans today I was just moving when I heard him count down cuz that heart rate was in a zone!! Keep pushing yall!
