I was so disappointed that I didn't rock this February challenge like I intended to. However, I really put in my mind that this was my birthday month and I was gone celebrate the entire month. Had some challenges in my personal life that threw me off even more. Still decided to eat right. Just didn't exercise as much. Started scrolling through yalls comments and realized I wasn't the only one and decided to take off these last few days. Completed an hour of cardio. WE FALL DOWN, BUT WE GET UP!
Today I redefined success for myself! Success is what YOU make it. I did 30 mins of arms, the dumbbell deconstruction, and Day 9 intermediate! It's ok to miss a day. It's ok to modify some things, but I have goals. Not to be skinny, but to be fit and healthy. Worked hard today! Proud of ME!
Ok so my birthday on the 6th in Cancun completely threw me off, but I made up for loss time today. Didn't even get to submit my pics for the January challenge, and I was really bothered. But never defeated, so here I am day 7. Got it in on the rest day because I'm determined to see even bigger gains this time! Let's go yall. This is a life style change.
When you are your own goals, and trying to get that old thing back. Missed yesterday's workout, so I went extra hard with Day 11. Going to do day 12 tonight, and we're almost to the finish line. Will be in Cancun for my birthday 2/6, and I plan to show off this 14 days + of hard work. Keep pushing yall!
