Day 2 complete! Much like everyone else has mentioned the burpees killed me! But I burned 25 more calories than Day 1!

On Sunday night I kept saying to myself I’m gonna do something different for the next 28 days and when I woke up I saw this challenge. I’m typically not into things I see online like this because I feel like people just wanna take your money but because it was a “28” day challenge and that was already on my mind I figured it was meant for me to try it.
I literally waited til 11:30PM to do the workout and really didn’t expect to burn many calories. I must say I’m super impressed with the workout and love the way it’s set up in 7 minute increments. It makes it super easy to get through and I burned over 200 calories!
