I'm ready for Monday gut and butt workout.. I really want this so I'm not gonna give up I've already went to the store to stock up on protein and healthy foods like chicken breast, turkey breakfast sausage, nuts, water and etc LETS GOOOO!

When is the best time to workout while taking x28 pills? Or does it matter?

A month of weight gain w/ 2 weeks of LBB🍑.. I wasted money on this challenge bcuz it was too much to keep up (March challenge) so I remember Oct LBB🍑 workouts (I loved it) I took those workout remixed it March workouts & BOOM I still got results with just 2 weeks🍑 I will continue the other 2 weeks for total of 28 days.. what yall think?

Good morning everyone I usually have a busy work week 10 hr shift then cook and kids.. I b exhausted to get 4 rounds done so it is okay to do 2 rounds earlier then 2 rounds later or should I just push and do all 4 at once?
