I'm ready for Monday gut and butt workout.. I really want this so I'm not gonna give up I've already went to the store to stock up on protein and healthy foods like chicken breast, turkey breakfast sausage, nuts, water and etc LETS GOOOO!
A month of weight gain w/ 2 weeks of LBB🍑.. I wasted money on this challenge bcuz it was too much to keep up (March challenge) so I remember Oct LBB🍑 workouts (I loved it) I took those workout remixed it March workouts & BOOM I still got results with just 2 weeks🍑 I will continue the other 2 weeks for total of 28 days.. what yall think?
