Good morning everyone doing day 6 today today should've been rest day 7 but im 1 day behind so I'll do my day 6 this morning so I'll have the rest of the day to relax I'll b back on track tomorrow no rest daysπŸ’ͺ🏾

I just prepped my meals for the weekend & next week😊 how far out do you guys prep your food?
Janice holmes: Thats good enough I usually do to but this time I did a week cuz its gonna b a busy one for me plus I have do my family dinner too.. but I prep my meats but cook my sides whenever it's time for me to eat it
Cortney Thomas: I do 2 days in advance. Lol I hate refrigerated food.🀣 I'm one of those who cook everyday. So the most I'll mealprep is 2 days. Maybe 3.
Janice holmes: I definitely understand lol I work 10hr shifts everyday so I gotta do my meals & my kids & boyfriend then workout it b too much doing that everyday so I had prep like that lol

I'm doing the standard diet how should I cook my chicken breast & turkey breast it doesn't state what kind of way it should b cooked (fried,baked,grilled etc)
