Janice holmes: Can I set up my own meal plans but eat what you guys recommend but at different times of the day or do you recommend I eat the way you guys have it set up? If this makes sense

Team X28 : At this time we do not have a release date scheduled for the 14 day challenge. We recommend that you try and stick to the meal plan as scheduled. However, You can make adjustments if needed we just asked that you stay within your daily calorie intake amount.
