Oh boy. So, I'm a week late on this because I had to finish online courses/projects/tests for my career.
I got thru 3 of the 4 rounds on Day 1 Xtreme and I decided I'm gonna go back to one of the previous months, because this music is not hype/fast-paced enough for me lol Anyone else have the same issue?
Toy G: Girl. Same. And I’m already bored with the same workouts everyday. I’m over it. Back to my other programs! Annnddd I’m sick of jumping jacks! But I know this works for some- so keep at it- every bit works!

Dawn B: I'm glad I'm not the only one. I've been doing this program a long time (sometimes not full months, as Ive been maintaining), but this is the first time I was like....oooo this might not work for me. If you're consistent and eat clean, it works wonders, but you have to be in the zone lol. I actually substitute jumping jacks for running in place. Shhhhhh! lol

Day 6 done! I mentioned burpees in a post the other day and mannn I was laughing once I found out there were 2 sets in each round for Xtreme today lol The irony! Challenge accepted tho ;)

I know everyone probably hates the burpees, but do the burpees. Even if you have to mod them, do the best you can.
I've been on this program for 2 years -the first 7 mths I lost 60lbs and I've just been maintaining since (I stay with it because I can gain weight REALLY easily if I don't watch)- but the one thing I feel helps keep my body on track or get me back on track are the burpees. And eating clean, of course lol
