Day 6 done! I mentioned burpees in a post the other day and mannn I was laughing once I found out there were 2 sets in each round for Xtreme today lol The irony! Challenge accepted tho ;)

I know everyone probably hates the burpees, but do the burpees. Even if you have to mod them, do the best you can.
I've been on this program for 2 years -the first 7 mths I lost 60lbs and I've just been maintaining since (I stay with it because I can gain weight REALLY easily if I don't watch)- but the one thing I feel helps keep my body on track or get me back on track are the burpees. And eating clean, of course lol
Day 4 Xtreme done. Hope y'all are doing well!

Alright alright ariiiight... day 1 of Xtreme is done! New fitness goal to be reached by Memorial Day weekend!
