							Day 7 π₯π₯DONEπ₯π₯!!!  Wooo today was hard, I don't know why.π€·π½ββοΈ. But as hard as it was, I pushed through it & have soaking wet clothes to prove it. π€£π¦π¦π¦

							Put together meals that are high in fiber, low in calorie density and you will get full.  The air fryer is my best friend and I don't add any oil to my food.

							On my way to the grocery store!  Remember....you can't out run a bad diet!  So if you're eating the right foods & making sure you don't go over the amount of calories you typically burn in a day, you will loose weight.  I got results eating foods that were low in calorie density. β
