Day 6 is done. Doing day 8 tomorrow, as I need Monday to be my rest day.

I've decided that I'm replacing 'Raisers' with an ab move, at least until I get new sports bras. I'm 40 and already have gravity against me....I'm not trying to accelerate the sagging, ya know? lol

Damn, ya'll day 5 of Xtreme was r-e-a-l. As I was strugglin', I heard Gee pop on and say "Great people do great things. If you want to be mediocre, quit." Well, damn, OK. Let me just go ahead and make these burpee sets my biiiiiiiiiiiiiitch lol

'Raisers' make me feel like I'm running down stairs. I think I need to finally size down in sports bras, but still double up. IYKYK.

Jesus, Mary, Joseph AND all the Saints.....when they said they revamped this program, they were NOT kidding. This is my 9th month of Xtreme (having lost 60lbs and maintaining) and this is different.
I don't have floor space for the Kamikaze's, so I'll have to mod that one a bit and the Plank Outs are going to take practice.
Any fellow returning X28er's...what do you think of the revamp? New X28er's....thoughts?

Traci Beckles : LOL. I don't like the Kamikaze's at all! I feel clumsy and off beat when I do them. I try to modify and make my own version. :)
