Day 12 complete. I was soo happy to see Imann tonight (some will get it)🙂😮💨😮💨 I pushed it today. 4 miles along with excerises. I'm proud of myself. We are towards the end of our second week. 🏃♀️💪🏾🏁🥊🥊🥊🎈🥳 Thank God for this fitness program. Where else do you have a program where all you need is within reach. No excuses for real. Determination and hard work. I'm happy for all of us who decided to say, "I do." Let's keep going. Have a great weekend everyone. #Godisincontrol
Day 11 done for breakfast! Dumbell destruction for snack and 3 miles brisk walk for dinner. Thank God! 🙏🏽📖. Eating clean. Hydrating with water. I'm happy for all of us. It's tough but worth it. So much progress. We are almost there. #Ijustcantgiveupnowcometofar🎤📖🙏🏽🏃♀️🏋🏾♂️🏁🍽🎊👏
Day 5 is done. 🎊🥳 I am so proud of myself and all of my new X28 family. It takes hard work and dedication. I haven't eaten rice since I started and stuck to the meal plans. Today I ate cup a brown rice with broccoli and chicken breast. It was good but I feel better not eating rice at all. This has been a great experience and I pray 🙏🏽 that we all are able to succeed to the end of this program. Let's keep it going!!
