Kim Jones: @danielleHaden put all ingredients in a bowl, drizzle olive and red wine vinegar over it and mix. I add garlic and onion powder seasoning, ground ginger, ground mustard, Mediterranean oregano, black peppercorn pepper, and dried parsley.

Hubbs did the workout with me today. He's been taking Kung Fu for six years and he works out daily and even he said this program is intense!!!
