well I guess today is Rest day, so I will ride my stationary bike and lift weights. GN. back at it tomorrow.

I just finished Day 2. I couldn't wait to finish lol. My bestie and I was sore as heck today from yesterday's workout, I damn near fell walking down the front steps to go buy some sport bras lol smh. I didn't do the cool down, I grabbed my water and Aleeve lol. Gn, time to freshen up and go to bed. Day 3 tomorrow. Let's Get It..

I just finished day one!! I felt like I had asthma lol. Now what's crazy, I been riding my stationary bike and dancing in the house but today felt like I haven't been doing anything.. lol. I am taking a break then I am going to lift my weights for awhile. Good luck everyone.

I need to lose 20 to 30 pounds by Sept.2022 for Miami. I am 5'1, I weigh 185 as of Fe.6th 2022. My stomach, thighs and arms has to get smaller asap.
