Hello Everyone, I'm back! It's been about 3 years since I been in the program. When I started back in 2018. I lost 11 1/2 inches and 12 pounds. I lost weight in my feet, lost inches everywhere. I saw it in my face, around my waist line. I slept better, my a1c went down. This all happened 3 years ago. I decided to come back to my family. I'm about to be 55 years in July. I want to know better my health and me myself and I.

I'm 2 weeks behind due to hip and knee issues. I'm back for the rest of this challenge and JULY/AUGUST challenge. Gotta get right for my daughter's wedding Sept 2021 and for myself.

DAY 9/10 DONE

I decided I wanted to go back to day 9 that I missed because I want to get in what I missed. otherwise I would of started at Day 23 today.

I hardly come on here. I'm always on X28 Challenge group.
Day 19 Done. Almost over! How is everyone feeling so far? I feel real good and I'm seeing little results. I paid for another 3 months. I'm not even playing, I'm going to keep pushing myself to SUCCESS. MUCH LOVE TO EVERYONE AND THEIR JOURNEY.
Tammie Wells: Congrats on your results! I've lost 6 pounds since starting May 3rd , but I haven't been sticking to the nutrition plan. That's going to change. Thanks for the encouragement and YES keep pushing!!!!

Lisa Jones: You will definitely get that waistline off. It's all about TRUSTING THE PROCESS. I really like this program. When I first started back in 2018, I lost 12" all around my body and also lost 11 1/2 pounds. I felt great and loved that I went down 2 sizes and my feet got smaller too. You got this and I got this. Monday Feb 22 here we come. :)

I just paid for the 3 months plan. I know me, so I'm going to take it one day at a time. Its easy to put on the pounds, but can be hard to take it off. Anyone in the 50's club needs a partner or partners? Comment below!
