I had a serious setback with this challenge. Back injury from two hit and runs that were one month apart has reappeared. I go back to the doctor this week. Hopefully I can start working out again. I've been doing low impact, but had to stop. I wish I could do more.

Completed Day 9. I might not be losing weight, probably only in my mind. I will say, I feel better. I'm actually improving in holding my planks longer. My lower back pain isn't has horrible as it use to be. I might not be a baddie at the end of this program, but I will definitely feel better. P.S. I've been working out with a sinus cold.
Team X28 : Hey Shawanda, Some people lose inches first and others will lose pounds. Everyone's body is different so it may take you a little longer to see a drop in pounds. The scale isn't the only way to measure success. The best thing that you can do for yourself is not focus on the scale. There are many things that contribute to temporary weight gain, such as water weight/bloating, muscle gain, etc. The best thing that you can do is focus on staying committed to the process which includes: working out consistently, sticking to eating clean, and drinking plenty of water. If you do these things your desired results will come. KEEP PUSHING 💪🏽🔥
