Another workout....DONE,Still have a few workouts to catch up on, on a more personal note, my joints are not as sore as they have been, which also tells me....that I basically wasn't doing ANYTHING, for my body to be as sore as it was....OMG, But.....as they say, When you know better...you do better,hopefully I can continue this road I'm on now,one way or another. G.N. 😍
Another workout.....DONE,it is getting easier, but when you haven't worked out in so long.....you feel each and everything you're working, it's like learning how to swim, you forget how many muscles you have,until you start working them.....again,G.N.😊
Just finished what should of been my 6 workout,I got behind a couple of days because of my knee, believe me, I'm making up for it now.......down 9.2 pounds, I'll definitely take it,looking forward to how much more will follow,Don't forget.....DRINK PLENTY OF WATER,& lay off the salt,sugar&fat,G.N.😍
