Been a little sick. So I will be completing day 12 and 14 today! 😏 Imma stick with it. I'm glad I made it to day 14. In the past I never made it pass day 2 😅 I never stuck with a program but this time around I did and I'm proud of myself.

I did complete day 7 yesterday. But none of videos were working so I just did all of the exercises I remembered in 8 rounds for 45 minutes.

Day 5 complete! I'm proud of myself. On day 1 I couldn't do a plank for more than 5 seconds. Now, I can do the plank for the full 40 seconds. A lil progression is better than no progression.
