Day 5& 6 completed on rest day. But I got it done.
Ugh. I'm trynna stay motivated with every thing I have going on and NOT stress eat. That's my biggest problem. I need suggestions. I'm tired of this. What can help for stress eaters? 😩 I'm feeling so unmotivated for anything in my life right now including fitness. But I want a change. Which is why I'm here. I just need some suggestions please.
