Day 5& 6 completed on rest day. But I got it done.
Ugh. I'm trynna stay motivated with every thing I have going on and NOT stress eat. That's my biggest problem. I need suggestions. I'm tired of this. What can help for stress eaters? ๐ฉ I'm feeling so unmotivated for anything in my life right now including fitness. But I want a change. Which is why I'm here. I just need some suggestions please.

Stefani Ayanna: You got this girl. I'm a stress eater too BUT, well was but started meditating when Civid hit. There are tons of free meditations on YouTube. Once I realized I was in control of the situation it clicked. Bc what I didn't want to do was be stressed about the bad food decisions. Bc let's face us stress eaters ain't snacking on carrots lol. Tap in to the feeling that comforts the stress. Ultimately that's what you are craving not the food. You might need to yell, vent or simply hug your self, or go for a walk. Ik it sounds crazy but I hope it helps. I took up boxing too and that has been a huge stress reliever.

Fatma Abdelbaki: If you've got to have a snack, go for the healthy option. A fruit, some nuts... Drink plenty of water, and train your mind. Boredom and stress make you eat, it's not hunger... ๐๐ผ
