Came back to do Day 4 after my rest day. Thought I would be too tired after my 10hr shift. But, I did It!!!
I am so proud of myself!! Normally, I allow my job to be my excuse, but I CRUSHED IT !!!! I am so sore but its a good sore. I am looking forward to this more. I encourage everyone!!
