#LowImpact #Day4Done this was a rough day for me. I did not have the best day at work. I just was not motivated to be there and I ended up doing the challenge late very late as I was doing this challenge my body was just not cooperating once we got to the floor rolling over into those planks in my knees. It was rough, but I did get through it. I also enjoy Coach B and how he presents the exercise and motivates. He definitely helped me get through the challenge along with the good playlist of music in the background. I know tomorrow will be better because I will try again

I've had the program for months today was my first day. I wasnβt gonna do it but I did and Iβm glad I did for motivation encouragement getting back to working out. Itβs just not my thing but Iβm grateful for day one

Day 1 down beginners!!! i want to step it up throughout the challenge, but this week I'm staying focus on getting through one day at a time.

I'm coming into the May challenge at 200.8lbs and I'm 5'1. my knees aren't the best but this is the challenge I will complete and the beginning of my journey to love myself again.
