*Focus on your progress and on being consistent
*It will take time: BE PATIENT! ⌚
*Meal prep and stick to your meals! It will save you some money and precious calories...💵
*DRINK YOUR WATER! And no, juice isn't water... 🙄
*Others can provide daily motivation, but know that no-one else here can do the workouts for you! 💪🏽
*If you mess up or miss a day... Get right back on track, don't beat yourself up about it! 🤷🏽♀️
*ENJOY THE PROCESS 🎉
