Lord knows I love fry’s more than anything... But I’m sadly riding past all the fast food restaurants to get home to my Tuna Steak, Brussel Sprouts/Spinach and Banana Smoothie....

Frys sound a little more interesting right now tho.. & cookies.. subway cookies

Day 2 is doneeeee. Not as exhausted as yesterday, but definitely sweated my ass off!!!

Just finished day 1 and I am sweatinggggggg!!! Imanns cool down was a life saver because my dramatic self felt like I was gonna pass out lol.
Im on beginner- I did my workout with a sauna suit on.. I did 30 seconds of regular jumping jacks and the remainder 30 secs the modified version. I used 5lb weights (as often as I could handle) for the russian twists and the punch press, booty bands for my quarter squats, and when I was going into my russian twists from my sprint on round 4 I was tired so I substituted the twists for crunches lol because really I was about to sit down.

chileeeeeeeee.. them 8 min abs gonna have to wait because lil mama is tiredddddd.

Happy SWEATING! Get it in today, and don't make any excuses for yourself!!!

Purchased beginner.. Really feel like I could’ve pushed for intermediate. But I was scareddddd.
It’s 28 days and I’m forcing myself to commit!
Failure will only come from not being consistent, and will only disappoint myself... So I’m READY!!
