I need motivation if I am consistent and strict and stick the full 28 days how many inches can I shrink?
Kellie Love: It depends on your body. Everyone is different. Just think a better lifestyle rather than looking for inches that will not motivate you especially if you don't loose it. Keep pushing tho 💪🏽
