Goooood Morning my people! It’s been a minute since I last wrote a message on here. Even though I’ve been absent from posting, doesn’t mean I’ve stopped putting in the work. I’m on Month 2 of the 3 month plan, day 16 completed ✅. I wanted to check in and encourage everyone to keep pushing. I started this journey weighing in at 174.8 lbs and I’m 4 lbs shy of losing 20 lbs. I’ve been working! 💪🏾
