Ok so Day 1 of the Xtreme workout had me feeling some type of way because I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to do speed jacks right after jumping jacks 🙄( I low key want to fight Gee Bryant lol)had me walking like I was doing the stanky leg, calves on fire. This morning I had every intention of going back to intermediate(which is perfectly fine always listen to your body) but I realized I was mentally giving up before even giving my body a chance & hey if it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you right. So with that being said ya girl put on her big girl panties & went toe to toe with Day 2 and threw in 8 minutes abs for fun. Now I’m grown again & can sit at the adult table for Christmas 😂😂! Have a Terrific Tuesday fam, keep grinding!!

Hey Fam, so I purchased the all access plan yesterday Yippee!! I’m all pumped up this morning & thought I was grown and did the Xtreme Workout instead of the Intermediate like I did during the 14 day challenge plus booty and bands…Listen abort mission I repeat abort mission I AM NOT GROWN😂😂😂!!! Y’all don’t get no pic today cause looking a mess is an understatement I’m still waiting for my eyes to roll back to the front of my head!! It hurt so good though. Have a MAGNIFICENT MONDAY X28 crew!!
