Working out while on your period is a fight. My thighs and legs 🦵🏾 feel like a ton of bricks. 🧱 My body is drained and I have NO energy. However, Day 8 is done and in the Books! 📕 Do what you have to do, modify, adjust, but don't give up! Keep pushing towards your goals. You will see and the hard work and dedication that you’re putting in daily!
