Day 28 was completed ✅ yesterday! I prayed that God will give me the spirit of consistency, the strength to workout the days I wanted to quit and the power to not eat the junk foods. Not only did he give me all that I lost -18 pounds. Round 2 is here and I’m not stopping! Let’s gooooooooooooooo
