Iβve been a member for x28 of an on for 2 years. The first time I lost 70 pounds. Iβve gained most of that back. So Iβm here again. But this challenge will the the FIRST Iβve fully completed ππΎ

Slimy scale isnβt really moving but I feel like my body composition is slowly improving.

Konfena Simpson : Put that scale in the closet. Itβs the enemy! π€£π€£π€£ your weight will fluctuate a lot. So donβt get stuck there. You are losing fat and building muscles. So you canβt always trust what that scale says. You got this πͺπΎ just stay consistent!!

Day 5 done! I started late, but as always I save my rest days for the days I truly donβt have the strength or time. My weight has stayed the same for the past two challenges, butβ¦. Iβm proud of that too no weight gain!

Iβm on Day 2 of core and curves and maturity for me is realizing I need to do it first thing in the morning. Iβm too tired after work! So Iβm proud of me for waking up at 4am to get these done and still get them kids to school on time lol π!! Letβs go ooo!
