Day 18 done late but done!!!! Why is it when I post on here my posts are deleted? Also, most of the times I’m not able to post at all?? Sometimes I have to delete the app and upload again.

Day 10 intermediate complete! I loss one more pound 😂 so I’m excited today. That makes 11 pounds. I have to stop scale watching but it is nice to see pounds dropping. These love handles are hard to drop off though. Them thangs thangin 😂. Anybody have advice on how to slowly get rid of love handles? Which is best more cardio or add some weights??

The burpees are getting a little repetitive. It can get a little boring I hope the work outs switch up some. I feel last month was the perfect mixture of work outs. Just my honest opinion.

This program really keeps me on track with working out and eating healthy. Lost 10 pounds last months challenge and I’m trying to lose 10-15 pounds this month. Does anyone have any advice on how to take your results to the next level to really lose as much as possible? Anything extra you did?

Intermediate done. Some of these new exercises made me a little dizzy. But hopefully I get used to them.
