Jade Johns: Yes day 9 done at 7am! Iโve never been so motivated to make healthier life choices! Ya girl hasnโt had a cookie, no brownies, not a dang chip not even a lick of ice cream lol. I feel amazing and can not wait for day 28. Im having cod fillet for dinner, how about yโall?

Jade Johns: DAY 7 DONE โ
I know the rest day was available, but my body is saying GO GO GO YOU GOT THIS! I tried the beginners LBB this morning as a bonus and will do my regular beginners workout this evening. Iโm eating better and staying on track. Iโve had a bowel movement everyday since we began on Monday and that is HUGE for me. (Iโve always struggled with constipation and could go a week or more without a BM.) SOO SORRY if that was too personal, but I know there could be others who can relate. I feel my body strengthening and look forward to seeing the results that Iโm feeling. I encourage you all to push through the pain and commit yourselves to the change youโve been wanting for so long!! ๐๐ฝ๐

Jade Johns: YAAASSS! Day 5 DONE โ
I feel stronger already! Iโm eating better and even doubled my workout on Tuesday! Anyone suggest a good almond milk?

Kee C: I use the Califia Farms brand. I do unsweetened vanilla but they have different flavors of course.
