Jade Johns: Yes day 9 done at 7am! Iโ€™ve never been so motivated to make healthier life choices! Ya girl hasnโ€™t had a cookie, no brownies, not a dang chip not even a lick of ice cream lol. I feel amazing and can not wait for day 28. Im having cod fillet for dinner, how about yโ€™all?
TaMeisha Elliott: So true! Everything and everyone has gotten in my way this week. But Iโ€™m not quitting! I made a promise to myself and Iโ€™m going to stick by that. Letโ€™s do this!!

Jade Johns: DAY 7 DONE โœ… I know the rest day was available, but my body is saying GO GO GO YOU GOT THIS! I tried the beginners LBB this morning as a bonus and will do my regular beginners workout this evening. Iโ€™m eating better and staying on track. Iโ€™ve had a bowel movement everyday since we began on Monday and that is HUGE for me. (Iโ€™ve always struggled with constipation and could go a week or more without a BM.) SOO SORRY if that was too personal, but I know there could be others who can relate. I feel my body strengthening and look forward to seeing the results that Iโ€™m feeling. I encourage you all to push through the pain and commit yourselves to the change youโ€™ve been wanting for so long!! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’–
