Day 6 today and why did coach B have me crying this morning 😭💜 I really struggled today with working out since it’s almost THAT TIME 😩 when he said you may just be an athlete and pat myself on the back because it wasn’t easy I lost it. lol thanks coach B for always pushing us to the limit and being gentle.
