Has anyone been diagnosed with Rona doing the exercises still? If so how do you feel? Iโ€™m getting so behind ๐Ÿ˜ญ still havenโ€™t done day 5 & 6 ๐Ÿ˜ž
Jamila Stewart : I did! Just modify if you feel winded stop ๐Ÿ›‘. Donโ€™t push yourself. If you find yourself falling behind instead of resting on the rest day workout on those days. I hope that help. Feel better and drink plenty of H2O and double up on your vitamin C.

Day 4 (Beginners) Doneโ€ฆIโ€™m so happy because Iโ€™ve gotten so much better at the modified burpees and planks!!! That just shows itโ€™s working already! Also I have so much more energy now and we only on Day 4!

Whew Day 2 completed the getting up and down is a workout in it self ๐Ÿ˜… Iโ€™m sore! But ima stick beside it!
