Day 8 ✅. I’m behind but I ain’t stopping!!!! I have been going at x28 well over a few years and only finished 1 time. I challenged myself this time and paid for the year subscription to hold myself accountable!!! Motivation has only held up for a few days for me but this year I am working on discipline and consistently. I say all that to say this I AM PROUD OF MYSELF. I’m down 26 lbs in the last 4 months and I’m still here X28 family!!!!

A 12 hour shift and 40 patients later I told myself I won’t make excuses this time. Day 1 ✅
Flyystephj .: And that’s good! As a service provider we often help others more than we help ourselves! We also tend to have a weaker back from bending all day so make sure you get some back strengthing exercises in too. I found some “no equipment back strengthening exercises” on you tube also in addition to yoga! You got this!

Neica Edwards : You are so right we tend to neglect ourselves. Thank you I sure will take the advice. Yesterday was a struggle but I did it. Just got home to eat and do day 2!!!!
