Day 1 was intense, I haven't worked out in years since my son passed in 2017! Especially since doing travel work in the medical field I lacked too long in this area. But today was definitely a Great push in reaching my goals.. TY guys for this program that I can do no matter where I travel, in the comfort of any state or stay I'm at!
