Y’all the 28 day challenge is winding down it’s been difficult to do some of the moves but I substituted I hope my next challenge my belly gets smaller because it’s holding me back smh

Double burpees suck I can’t do them smh

I feel so weak and drained I know it’s from the fasting I don’t have much energy at smh I could cry but I’m gonna do as many rounds as I can I hope every is doing great have a good night
