Ive been low energy for the last 2 days. Still drinking my gallon a day; still fasting for 18hrs but was not in the mood to work out. I was feeling down about some things going on right now. I up now, so Im going to press play.

After work workout again but it's getting done. I fasted for 20hrs and I really am not hungry. We went to brunch and I only could eat half. Usually, I would order pancakes but I didn't even have a desire. I had shrimp and grits with tons of veggies. Not the best choice but again I was satisfied with half of it and now I'm about to work out.

Today I had to work at 6am. I didnt get my work out before work but im getting it now. Its not a fasted workout but its a workout. I feel like I do better with my workouts before I eat. I may have to workout at 4am.
Freda A: I literally do my work outs on an empty stomach lots of times because I have bad acid reflux I get super nauseous.

Still fasting. Im going to press play before by appointment @ 10. My thighs are sore but I am committed to myself this time and I am feeling a lot better.
