Day 14!!! We made it guys! Im going to finish this workout then take my photos. Im so excited to see the side by side. My belly was ... let's just say that I ought to be ashamed of myself. πŸ₯΄Im on the right track to getting back to myself and I am NEVER turning back. Im one of the ladies with the improper fraction figures. You know the ones, heaviest at the top. The bigger I get, the more pronounced it is. Some things we just have to accept but being uncomfortable in our bodies is not one of them. We CAN make the best of what we have with consistency. Slow and steady wins the race for long term results and long term is the goal.

Congratulations to us all for completing the challenge AND for beginning a new lifestyle!

While I'm still working to get to my best fitness level, my appetite is noticeably improving. Im eating less on my own and not giving in to my sugar cravings. I had a serious issue with overeating and even more with sugar. Peanut M&Ms are my kryptonite.

Today is a little slow for me. I had very rude and disrespectful sugar cravings all last night and have procrastinated my workout today. I didn't give in guys but the struggle is oh so real. Day 6.. here we go!

Day 5 done and dusted!! Im slowly working my way over to intermediate. Rounds 1 & 2 were done in beginner mode then 3/4 in intermediate. Ya'll didn't tell me I would be fighting for my life over there! Jason, what in the world is a super jack?!

Progress report: I opted to do the modified version until my body got back in the game. Ive found myself doing full jacks during the modified ones so Im feeling good about that. Love handles and flabby belly BE GONE!
